The percentage rate has to do with the incidence of reduced gun related violence, not--as you probably realize, but don't feel like acknowledging--the number of people who died or "came back to life."

If you don't like the figures b/c they don't coincide with your view on guns, take it up with the Brady Center and the BBC, where you will find the statistics all in order and verifiable.

But I suppose you never let the facts get in the way of an entrenched point of view.
